This form is for business inquiries. Please share only what we need to understand your project.

What you send

The form asks for your name, email address, optional company or website, service interest, and a description of your project. StratusHouse uses this information to respond, assess whether the engagement is a fit, and continue that conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Where it goes

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse. Valid inquiries are stored in the site’s database, and Resend sends a notification to Jeremy at jeremy@stratushouse.ai. These providers process the information needed to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy.

Keeping the information useful

The website stores inquiries for recovery, including those whose email notification failed. During routine form processing, records older than 90 days are removed. Rate limiting uses a hashed network identifier; these identifiers expire within 48 hours and are removed during routine processing. Inquiry emails are kept as needed to respond and manage the business relationship. You can ask Jeremy about your information or request deletion by emailing jeremy@stratushouse.ai.

Optional analytics and advertising

“Analytics only” allows Google Analytics to measure page visits, referral sources, and actions such as a successful inquiry or a click on our email or LinkedIn link. “Allow analytics & ads” additionally allows Google to use eligible visit data to build audiences and show StratusHouse advertising to past visitors. This may connect eligible activity with Google advertising identifiers or signed-in Google account data where Google signals is enabled. We do not send your name, email address, company, or inquiry message to these tools. Inquiry events include only a service category.

Optional tracking stays off until you choose. Analytics consent alone does not authorize advertising. You can reject both or change your choice using “Cookie preferences” in the footer; the contact form works either way. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps advertising consent off. We remember your choice for up to six months and configure Analytics cookies to expire after 90 days. Revoking consent stops future optional tracking; it does not automatically erase data already processed.

Google processes technical information such as browser/device details, network information, cookie identifiers, and eligible page activity to provide these services. Keep confidential details out

Please don’t include patient information, account credentials, financial-account details, or other sensitive client information. If an engagement needs confidential materials, we’ll agree on an appropriate way to share them.
