My experience spans healthcare and large enterprise environments: bringing hospital groups onto Marketing Cloud, building appointment-scheduling journeys, and shaping the communications that connect organizations with the people they serve. I’ve also served as a dedicated SFMC resource on a major telehealth account.
That work continues today through enterprise customer communications, journey orchestration, and custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that connect AI tools with business systems. I bring the same hands-on perspective to StratusHouse: ask the right questions, explain the tradeoffs, demonstrate the solution, and carry it through delivery.
